We will bring you into the heart of the dairies in search of the true Apulian mozzarella cheese. You will see the traditional production process of typical dairy products in the area Alberobello who produces mozzarella, burrata and stracciatella cream using a centuries-old technique that gives the iconic soft cheese its distinctive shape and texture. In this experience discovering the real taste of mozzarella and its derivatives, you will have the opportunity to know the secrets of this ancient craft and taste the freshness that has just been produced.

Short transfer to Alberobello after the cheese visit. This private Alberobello tour gives you the opportunity to discover the history of Alberobello and its trulli, one of the Unesco World Heritage sites in Italy. You will experience Apulian traditions of the past and how people used to live inside trulli.

The tour will last about 2 hours and you’ll have the chance to taste some of the local products or to have lunch in a nice restaurant (lunch not included)
