SOAVE AND AMARONE WINE TOUR
Meet the driver at the hotel and private transfer to Valpolicella region. This Italian region is famous and appreciated for the production of wines, especially Amarone.
Today you will have the chance to taste this prestigious wine.
You’ll visit a family-run winery that uses biologic methods of plantation. The experience begins with a look at the vineyards and a guided tour of the winery where the process of vinification and ageing will be illustrated through the philosophy of production. The you will visit the Enomuseo, an exhibition of more than 150 tools used by the Tessari family in a century of winemaking activity. At the end of the tour you will taste four Cru wines of the winery. Then you’ll be transferred to a near historic winery. The tour includes the visit to cellars to discover the history of Cottini family and a typical lunch paired with Valpolicella wines.
