MOZZARELLA MAKING
You will be picked up from your hotel and you will be transferred to a typical agriturismo in Sorrento.
Today you will learn how to process mozzarella! Wear your hat and apron and be ready to receive a demonstration of how mozzarella braid is done. You will get your hands on it! You will be invited to create your own mozzarella.
After the mozzarella class, you will enjoy a tasting menu of local products, such as cheese, cold cuts, vegetables and, of course, mozzarella!
The whole activity lasts 1h 30 hour. Private transfer to come back.
