The scenery is Ibla, Ragusa’s historic center. Our hotel is situated right in the heart of baroque, inscribed in the World Heritage List of UNESCO, in a 19th-century mansion tastefully renovated.

The rooms are situated nearest the restaurant Locanda Don Serafino except the Luxury Suite that is in the same location.
Each room has a unique style, with tailor made furniture and textiles. The most particular rooms, carved in the stone area, are the spirit of a non-conventional experience, subordinate to the origin of the place.
Luxury suite: Open space room of about 65 sqm, private garden and outdoor jacuzzi, private parking, located above the restaurant in Via Avv. G. Ottaviano, 13. The check-in and the breakfast are in the restaurant Locanda Don Serafino.
Experience Junior Suite:
Room of approximately 35 sqm, located in the same building but with an independent access, characterized by no-treated rock walls. The room is situated on the ground floor and accessible through a door/window which faces the street. Bathroom equipped with two washbasins, a bath carved into the rock and a shower. The bathroom has no windows.
Experience Junior Suite with shower:
Room of approximately 35 sqm, located in the same building but with an independent access, characterized by no-treated rock walls. The room is situated on the ground floor and accessible through a door/window which faces the street. The room is equipped with a bathroom for disabled people and shower. The bathroom has no windows.
Junior Suite:
Wide and comfortable room of about 35 sqm with French balcony and bathroom with window. Each Junior Suite is characterized by a different style: wine theme, journey theme, nature theme or modern design.
Superior Room:
Comfortable room of 24 sqm; it is characterized by floral wallpaper and pastel colors, French balcony and the bathroom is provided with a bath/shower and a window.
Standard Room:
They are the cozy rooms of the dwelling. Approximately 18 sqm, with a French balcony and a small bathroom provided with shower. The room is characterized by shabby and chic design, situated on the first floor.
