LEMON AND MOZZARELLA IN A FARMHOUSE
Meet the driver at the hotel and transfer to a lemon nursery in Sorrento.
Find out everything about Sorrento lemons, a special kind with unique flavor, which is used for the preparation of “Limoncello” liquor. Learn about the history and see the demonstration of the plating and the pruning of this plant. A real olfactory and cultural experience!
Then you will move to the farmhouse, where you will wear the hat and apron and will be invited to the demonstration of how mozzarella braid is done. Create your own mozzarella and be ready to eat it along with local products, such as cheese, cold cuts and vegetables.
The whole activity will last about 4H. Private transfer to come back.
