LAKE MAGGIORE CHEESE TASTING
Meet your private licensed guide at your hotel and private transfer to a nearby town situated in the Ossola Valley.
The world-famous Gorgonzola cheese is made in the plain between lake Orta and Novara. A good opportunity to learn more about the area you are visiting is a food tasting. You will visit the historical refiners and learn all the secrets of the cheese production. You will able to taste as well a fine selection of local cheese and yogurt made using milk from pastured-raised cows.
The visit will last about 2 hours.
