The use of local, seasonal ingredients make sure that the food is fresh and genuine, in order to enjoy the best of what nature and this land have to offer.
From April to October “La Buona Novella” extends outdoors onto its elegant, inviting “Al Fresco” terrace. The guests lunch and dine in one of Florence’s finest piazzas. The culinary delights of the chef, the glow of the candles, the view of the façade of the Santa Maria Novella church, and the sight of Brunelleschi’s Duomo come together create a dazzling experience delighting all senses.
At the Bistrot’s Bar you can enjoy coffee, cappuccino, sodas, snacks, aperitifs, and cocktails. For snacks, choose among healthful delicious salads, sandwiches or local versions of international dishes like Chianina hamburgers or veggie burgers.
