DISCOVER ETNA BY QUAD
Private transfer to Ragabo Shelter. The quad tour starts through the Ragabo pine forest, towards the lava streams. Along old mountain trails where mules used to walk, you drive in the direction of the lava cave and lava tunnels. You will discover the cave and tunnels by foot.
You will also visit Etna’s oldest pine tree: “Zappinazzu”. And go to a viewpoint from where you can see the sea and when the weather is good you can see Taormina!
During the Etna excursion we ride to a maximum altitude of 1800 meters. Here you will be amazed by the power of the destruction of the Etna eruption of 2002, the last major eruption on the north side of the Etna volcano.

What to wear and bring with you: a small backpack/rucksack for your personal items (you can leave this in the van if you don’t want to take it with you during the excursion), comfortable clothes, change of clothes in case it rains.
