During this incredible day in the food Valley we will visit two incredible castels. The first one is Soragna Castle, built in the XIV but completely transformed in princely Palace by Meli Lupi Family.
After more than 600 years, the family still lives inside, especially the Prince Diofebo Meli Lupi.
Further, we will visit one of the most important producers of Culatello di Zibello with its incredible storage in the ancient cellars of the renaissance Castle. The tour will finish with a lunch in the Michelin starred Restaurant.
