Wonderful cooking class inside of a stunning Renaissance villa at about 40 minutes from Florence.
You will have the opportunity to admire the historic cellars, the olive oil mill and the jar store.
Your English-speaking chef will welcome you in his ancient wooden kitchen. You will learn about the history and culture of the Tuscan cuisine. At the end of the cooking class you will be able to taste the dishes prepared such as: 1 starter, home made pasta and sauce, 1 main course and dessert, all accompanied by good wine.
