COOKING CLASS IN WINERY
Private transfer to Antichi vinai, an important winery situated on the slops of the Etna Vulcano. We will create for you a unique food and wine journey. You will learn how to cook 2 dishes and a dessert all washed by fine wines. The Sicilian cuisine is famous all over the world for its arancini or Parmigiana eggplant. You can choose between fresh made pasta, arancini, eggplant Parmigiana, eggplant rolls, cannoli or cassatelle with ricotta.
After lunch you will be transferred back to you hotel.
