COOKING CLASS IN A SICILIAN HOME
Private transfer to Viagrande, where the cooking school is located, a structure dating back to the late 1700s, with a “secret garden” of citrus, jasmine and aromatic herbs.
Each participant will receive an apron and all the equipment for the preparation of the dishes. The atmosphere is authentic but extremely professional.
The guests will feel like home.
Upon arrival, after the aperitif on the terrace or in the lounge, the guests will get an explanation of the activity and a small historical preamble to understand the origin of the Sicilian cuisine.
This cooking course will allow you to learn to to cook a home-made pasta or arancini, a side dish, a second meat dish and a dessert.
Everything will be then served for lunch or dinner including wine, water and coffee.
